Wainterre Haven
When some people think of living on the edge, they associate such a phrase with a kind of reckless abandon. With Wainterre Haven, I find the feeling to be rather the opposite.
In truth, the path up through the Kelbass Grasslands is perhaps not the most ideal route to take if one wishes to arrive at Lestallum (or, in the opposite direction, Caernix Station) quickly. Those carefully counting the minute and hours until sunset will far prefer the path which drifts closest to the Disc, for it only takes but a small amount of time for things to go completely wrong and night be upon one before they know it. Rather a cozy bed in a nice hotel than having to risk dealing with anything outdoors.
Despite that, I implore the average traveler: do take into account an evening out under the stars. Take into account a half hour on your own, walking along the paths which window up and down by the roadside. (Take into account, obviously, that you may need something to shoo off the aggressive Bullette which tear up the hillsides.)
Do so, and you will likely not regret it, for few Havens occupy Wainterre's niche of being right there at the cliffside, staring up into Lestallum's glorious profile.
The city is an incredible sight in the daytime, of course. It leaves a certain feeling of excitement bubbling in one's chest, a kind of awe in which one realizes to what extent humans will thrive and build our homes in all manner of incredible places. The view one gets from looking down Lestallum's wonderful viewfinders is good as well, of course, yet some appreciation should be given in the opposite. Besides, while up in Lestallum, one is too close to the city itself to realize how it looks from afar, with its lights glittering like stars on earth. Additionally, Taelpar Crag carries with it an amazing wind which carries with it an almost lonesome lullaby thanks to the depth of the crag.
It isn't every day that one gets to enjoy a place like this. Thus it should be enjoyed to the full extent, so I recommend some Crown City dive-style dumpings to eat as you relish in the view. Put those bulettes which had to be eliminated to good use, with their shanks full of a firm but wonderfully absorbent meat. Granted, this is not an easy dish to make. Some struggle forming the dough perfectly so that it can steam its best, and bulette shank is by no means an easy dish to work with. Nonetheless, once perfected, it will leave your tastebuds as satisfied as your eyes.

womenwantme: Oh, hey. This isn't too far from where a guy with one arm kicked my ass. "Not too far" being relative, obviously, considering a few different things and all that. EDIT: Some punk got onto my account when I wasn't looking. Throwing him into a lake as we speak for insinuating I regularly get into a fight with disabled dudes. Rating is still accurate. ★★★✩✩
